The Human Services Department has offices at 1717 Taylor Ave, Racine and at 209 N. Main St., Burlington. The Workforce Development Center Burlington office is located at 496 McCanna Parkway.

The Youth and Family Access Unit is available to provide information about, and complete referrals for services for a variety of issues facing children and families. This Unit also receives reports of child abuse and neglect. They can be contacted at:

- Receiving services for mental illness, a developmental disability, or substance abuse
