If the change is reported by phone the change can be handled immediately by a case worker and you will know the status of your benefits. You may need to provide verification of the information you provide depending on the benefits you are receiving and the change you are reporting.

- Drop Box: One drop box is located on the 2nd floor of the Workforce Development Center. We also have a green drop box located in front of the flag pole outside of our facility at 1717 Taylor Ave.
Examples of changes that should be reported to the Change Reporting Center include:
- Address changes
- Birth of a child
- People moving in or out of your household
- Changes in income or assets
