How to apply

Online you can go to the Wisconsin Access website where you can answer some questions to see if you might qualify all programs offered by the State or to begin an application.  Some programs require a face-to-face interview as part of the application process.  Click on the Access image below to visit the State website:

You may also apply in person for all State programs at:

Applications are taken 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday

Applications are taken 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

All services offered to low income residents are funded by federal or state money.  Racine County may provide some funds only for administration of the programs.
