The Racine office is located at 1717 Taylor Ave., telephone 262-638-6321.  General hours of operation at 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Monday thru Friday.  Some specific operations may have longer hours and some are available by telephone 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  If you wish to visit the Human Services Department and cannot be here during the general hours of operation, it's best to telephone first.

The Burlington Human Services office is located at 209 N. Main St., telephone 262-767-2900. General hours of operation at 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Monday thru Friday. Some specific operations may have longer hours and some are available by telephone 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. If you wish to visit the Human Services Department and cannot do so during the general hours of operation, it's best to telephone first.

Only the immediate family may visit a juvenile in the Detntion Center. The 'immediate family' is limited to: mother, father, sister, brother, grandparent(s), legal guardian(s), and foster parents. No other individuals will be permitted to visit.

Visitation at the detention center is a non-contact visit limited to two family members per visit. No more than four (4) visitors total per every twenty-four hours.

Visitation at the detention center is scheduled at two different times for family convenience.
