You may apply for any of these services at the Workforce Development Center at 1717 Taylor Avenue, Racine OR 209 North Main in Burlington. Applications are accepted between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Applications for Medical Assistance may be completed by mail; all other programs require a face-to-face interview.

All services offered to low income residents are funded in whole or part by federal and state money. Racine County provides some funds for administration of the programs only.
