While a child is being detained at the Center, he/she is required to attend school daily for one hour.  Racine Unified School District employs three full-time teachers.  If a child attends school, we encourage parents to bring their child’s school work, enabling him/her to keep up with their work.  No other material(s) are allowed.  Do not bring in papers with staples or paper clips in them.  No spiral bound notebooks or folders with metal tabs are allowed.  All school work will be searched for these items prior to being delivered to a child.
